Our Impact & Results
Since our work began, Common Grounds Foundation has supported more than 229 individuals and families through practical community-based initiatives. Our work focuses on meeting immediate needs while creating opportunities for dignity, skills, and self-reliance.
How We Support Communities
Every programme is designed to restore hope, build skills, and provide immediate relief with complete human dignity.
Education
We have supported vulnerable children with school fees, uniforms, shoes, books and stationery, helping them continue their education. We have also provided children and families with support during Eid and Christmas, including Christmas meals and gifts.
Women Empowerment
We have supported vulnerable women and widows through stitching and sewing skills training, monthly assistance, and essential household support. We also provide ration assistance to help families meet their basic needs.
Livelihood
We have helped individuals move toward self-employment by providing food carts and initial livelihood support, enabling beneficiaries to start small income-generating activities and work toward a more stable source of income.
Climate Action
We have taken steps to promote environmental awareness and community participation, including activities focused on tree plantation and encouraging communities to understand and respond to climate challenges.
Disaster Response
During flood emergencies, we have provided direct assistance to affected families, including rescue support, tents, charpais, food for one week, blankets, and warm clothes for children. Our response has focused on helping families meet their immediate needs with dignity.
Standing With Communities When Support Is Needed Most
